The perfect interplay of creativity and structure: Groß & Partner employs, among others, outstandingly educated architects, engineers, and construction specialists, as well as sales experts and administrative staff. All of them perform their duties in a constantly exciting environment driven by demand, aesthetics, economics, and flexibility – and many of them have been with us for years. The low level of staff fluctuation attests to our experience, but also to prime staff satisfaction. In order to develop projects even more agile and independently, Groß & Partner now includes four sector-specific subsidiaries. In order to guarantee optimal results, at Groß & Partner interdisciplinary cooperation and individual exchange between the different specialist areas are standard procedure.

SECTION 1 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Residential, commercial, and/or hotel properties need to be carefully thought through and developed down to the smallest detail before they can actually be built. Tasks like planning and coordinating the project, clarification of legal and regulatory issues, assessment of opportunities and risks, and profitability calculations, as well as market, location, feasibility, and property analyses all come under the ambit of what is known as project development. In addition, the relevant employees assist with the search for users and investors, and with processing the paperwork once a contract is concluded.

SECTION 2 PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The focus of construction project management is on the turnkey realisation of a wide range of construction projects. On the one hand, construction specialists on site take care of the timely implementation of the exacting aspects of project development, while on the other, certain specialised areas focus on the carefully defined tendering and awarding of consulting and construction services, as well as the clarification of any legal issues associated with this. In the event that our investors or clients have technical questions, the construction project management team is responsible for communicating the necessary information regularly and clearly.

SECTION 3 ACCOUNTING, CONTROLLING, & LEGAL

This is where all the commercial and fiscal legal issues arising in the context of the parallel project development strands come together. Our interdisciplinary team of experts is also responsible for communicating regularly with funding partners and the professional handling of all accounting and controlling issues for the respective project companies.

SECTION 4 ACQUISITION, FINANCING, & SALES

Which sites or existing properties might be relevant for future projects? What shape could the funding of these kinds of properties take and which target groups could be addressed with real estate of this kind? These are all questions staff in the Acquisition, Financing, & Sales section typically handle –far from unimportant tasks, since the acquisition of such a site or property represents the first milestone in a project’s long-term development, and solid financing is a fundamental prerequisite for any real estate project.
