A place on the Elbe for Hamburg’s inner City.

The HafenCity sees the Hanseatic City of Hamburg extend its downtown district and open out onto the Elbe – in what is currently Europe’s largest inner-city development project.

The centrepiece of this new district is the ÜBERSEEQUARTIER, with a gross floor area of 273,000 m² and a total investment of around 900 million euros. It is set to become an urban hub fusing private life with work. An attractive mixed-use precinct featuring residential homes, offices, retail and dining facilities.
