Dual Training System

Start your apprenticeship at Groß & Partner

As an aspiring real estate specialist (m/f/d) at Groß & Partner, you will gain practical insights into the most exciting areas of the real estate industry while learning the theoretical foundations at vocational school. You will spend two days a week at the Hans-Böckler School in Frankfurt and three days at our company. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will rotate through various departments, taking on responsible tasks from day one. From project development and facility management to financial oversight and brokerage, you will explore all key areas of the real estate industry and steadily deepen your expertise.

TRAINING AREA 1

Commercial Department

You will support the team in managing and monitoring invoices, purchase agreements, and company projects.

Your tasks:
• Reviewing incoming invoices
• Scanning and managing invoices
• Creating company and project lists
• Organizing and filing purchase agreements

TRAINING AREA 2

Technical Controlling

You will oversee construction costs, conduct budget comparisons, and assist in preparing reports to ensure precise financial oversight of all projects.

Your tasks:
• Monitoring construction costs
• Defining and overseeing budgets
• Conducting contract-based budget comparisons
• Preparing financial reports for buyers and investors

TRAINING AREA 3

Construction Project Management

You will assist in planning, executing, and overseeing construction sites while coordinating with subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.

Sales, Leasing & Marketing
