Frankfurt’s vibrant East End is colourful and multifaceted. It boasts a unique interplay of creative, financial, industrial and port culture.

THE DOCKS are under development here – a pointed ensemble comprising four individual buildings located in front of the quay. The modern architecture appears simultaneously playful and straightforward – inspired by the stacks of containers of the freight port on the opposite bank.

In the middle of Frankfurt’s vibrant Ostend

With the new European Central Bank building in view and the water close enough to hear, THE DOCKS opens up a completely new world of work. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the bright offices, sun decks, loggias and spacious lofts and roof terraces offer spectacular views of the port and the city’s skyline. Only a stone’s throw away is the newly created Hafenpark, ideal for a brief rest during your lunch break. Those coming to office by bicycle in the morning will find plenty of parking space in the building and can even take a shower.

Development & shell construction from one source

Together with our subsidiary GP Con, we completed The Docks on schedule within two years. The striking office building has since established itself on the waterfront in Ostend.
