Grand Central
GRAND CENTRAL is being constructed at Hafenstraße right next to Frankfurt’s main rail station as the first part of the district development project. The new company headquarters of rail network operator DB Netz AG will provide workplaces for around 2,200 people in two seven-storey office buildings. And below this there will be a two-storey underground car park for each building for a total of 800 vehicles.
Working closely with our subsidiary GP Con, we delivered both project development services and structural construction under one roof. As a cohesive team, we successfully completed the project for DB Netz AG on time and to the highest standards.
