This angular skyscraper enriches the corner of Mainzer Landstraße and Güterplatz with a new landmark: THE SPIN. Situated in a perfectly accessible location between the CBD, Europaviertel and Bahnhofsviertel, the 32-storey tower designed by Hadi Teherani combines premium office space with a stylish four-star plus hotel.

The NH Collection Hotel opened its doors in 2023 and inspire discerning hotel guests from the ground to the 20th floor. State-of-the-art office units are being constructed from the 22nd to the 31st floor, with all ten office floors offering a fascinating all-round view of central Frankfurt.

Perfect Location

All possible options are available to those standing at the foot of the 128-metre-high tower: the surroundings offer a wide range of shopping and nightlife possibilities and the excellent transport connections facilitate a swift transfer in all directions. The Skyline Plaza lies immediately opposite, a shopping and entertainment centre that is known for its wide range of culinary offerings. Westend, the banking district and the Bahnhofsviertel can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The main rail station is also accessible on foot in around three minutes, and the airport is around ten minutes away by car or tram. There is a tram stop immediately in front of the tower and Güterplatz underground station will be open soon. And those who have no time for the wide range of shopping, recreational and nightlife offerings around THE SPIN don’t even have to go out of the door: the service world of the NH Collection Hotel can also be used without having to stay overnight.
